Manicotti
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 crumbled bay leaf
- 3 shakes oregano
- 1 pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce mix with Italian mushroom
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 box manicotti noodles
- 2 pkg. shredded cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar)
- Brown ground chuck and drain.
- Add other ingredients together. Cook slow for 1 hour, all except cheese.
- Boil noodles for 20 minutes and drain.
- Stuff meat sauce inside of noodles.
- Place in large casserole dish and sprinkle with cheeses over each layer until gone.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Ready to eat.
