Crown Jewel Dessert

  1. Prepare 3 flavors of jello separately, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each.
  2. Pour each flavor in 8-inch loaf pan and gel overnight.
  3. Combine lemon jello, sugar and remaining 1 cup boiling water.
  4. Stir until jello is dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice.
  5. Chill until slightly thickened; add Cool Whip to lemon jello and mix carefully.
  6. Cut the firm jello flavors into 1-inch squares and add to lemon jello and Cool Whip.
  7. Mix carefully.
  8. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan and chill overnight.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
  10. Makes about 16 servings.
