Olive Mexican Fiesta

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in a large deep skillet.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili seasoning.
  3. Simmer (uncovered) for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in beans, corn and olives.
  5. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
  6. In a 2-quart casserole layer chips, then meat mixture, making several layers.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and arrange chips around the edge.
  8. Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
