Never Fail Rolls

  1. Mix Crisco, sugar and salt in 1 cup very hot water in large bowl of mixer.
  2. Mix yeast in 3/4 cup warm water.
  3. Mix with Crisco mixture when it cools to lukewarm.
  4. Add beaten eggs and 5 cups flour.
  5. Mix well and use dough hook to knead.
  6. Add 1 cup flour slowly.
  7. Put in large greased bowl; cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. About 3 hours before time to bake, roll and cut with biscuit cutter.
  9. Brush with melted butter, fold and pinch edge together.
  10. Place on greased large 14 x 17-inch pan.
  11. Brush tops with melted butter.
  12. Bake at 350u0b0 approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  13. Makes 4 to 5 dozen rolls.
