Cream Cheese Fruit Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. To prepare crust, in a medium saucepan, place 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
  3. Heat until butter is melted, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in graham cracker crumbs; press evenly over bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. In a large bowl with a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Gradually beat in rest of sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time and vanilla until blended.
  7. Spoon pie filling evenly over crust.
  8. Pour cream cheese mixture over pie filling.
  9. Bake just until set, 45 to 50 minutes.
  10. Cool.
  11. Chill until cold, about 2 hours.
  12. Cut into 24 squares.
