Lo-Cal Fruit Trifle

  1. Prepare according to package directions.
  2. Refrigerate for a short time so whipped topping will harden.
  3. Break cake into small pieces; place in a large glass bowl.
  4. Dribble a little sherry over the pieces of cake, if desired.
  5. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package directions.
  6. Add a few drops of rum extract to the pudding.
  7. Pour slightly thickened pudding from the pan on top of the cake pieces in the bowl.
