Sunday Brunch Casserole

  1. In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Remove with a slotted spoon.
  3. Crumble and set aside.
  4. In the drippings, saut onion and green peppers until tender.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon.
  6. Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl.
  7. Stir in hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, dill, onion, green peppers and bacon.
  8. Transfer into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  10. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
