Enchilada

  1. Brown ground beef with onions and drain off oil.
  2. Add flour, chili powder, cumin, salt and garlic.
  3. Mix well; add water and cook on low heat until thickened.
  4. You will need to taste it to make sure you will not need anymore chili powder.
  5. It needs to have a taco seasoning taste.
