Beef And Cheddar Goulash
- 16 oz. can cut green beans, drained
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
- 8 oz. cooked noodles or macaroni
- butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 15 oz. tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- Brown beef in butter or margarine.
- Add onion; cook until tender.
- Blend in flour and seasonings.
- Stir in mushrooms and tomato sauce.
- Simmer mixture 5 minutes.
- Add noodles and green beans; toss lightly, but well.
- Pour into greased shallow baking pan; sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
