Marshmallow And Fruit Salad

  1. Drain and cut pineapple or leave in chunks.
  2. Cut grapes in half or can be left whole.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese with 3 tablespoons of the pineapple juice.
  4. I usually add a teaspoon of sugar.
  5. Whip the whipping cream in another bowl, adding a teaspoon of sugar.
  6. Mix cream cheese and whipping cream together carefully. Fold in all the fruit.
  7. Can be served immediately, but letting it refrigerate a while or even overnight will blend the flavors a little bit.
