Pasta With Vegetables

  1. Cut carrot and zucchini in julienne strips.
  2. Cook broccoli, carrots and zucchini in water for 4 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  4. In large skillet, heat oil and saute mushrooms, green onions, garlic and thyme until tender.
  5. Combine vegetables, pasta and onion mixture; mix well.
  6. Add margarine and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Mix and top with sharp Cheddar.
  8. Serves 6.
