Tater Tot Hot Dish

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of milk.
  3. Place ground beef in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (bread loaf).
  4. Pour 1/3 of the soup mixture over the ground beef. Drain green beans; layer on top of ground beef.
  5. Pour 1/2 of the remaining soup mixture on top of the green beans.
  6. Place a single layer of Tater Tots on top of the green bean layer.
  7. Pour remaining soup mixture over the Tater Tots.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake in oven according to Tater Tot package directions, but add 10 to 15 minutes to baking time.
  10. Serves 2 to 6 (depends on pan size).
