Low-Fat Scallop Or Shrimp Pasta

  1. Saute garlic and oil in nonstick pan for 1 minute.
  2. Add scallops or shrimp and simmer until opaque.
  3. Remove scallops or shrimp and set aside.
  4. Add cornstarch and mix until thickened.
  5. Add mushrooms, tomato, green onions and Italian herb blend and simmer 3 minutes.
  6. Add vermouth and lemon juice and cook 2 minutes.
  7. Mix scallops or shrimp with pepper and parsley.
  8. Serve over noodles or rice.
