Diabetic - Hot Fudge Pudding

  1. Sift flour, granulated sugar replacement, baking soda and salt into medium mixing bowl.
  2. Melt 1 square of the bitter chocolate. Add vinegar, milk, shortening and the melted chocolate to flour mixture; stir to blend.
  3. Pour into well-greased 8-inch square dish; sprinkle with brown sugar replacement.
  4. Add remaining chocolate to the boiling water; heat until chocolate is melted. Pour chocolate-water mixture over pudding batter.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve warm from baking dish.
  7. Yields 10 servings.
