Biscuit Topped Italian Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
  2. Stir in water, pepper, tomato paste and sauce; simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in vegetables and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
  4. Spoon mixture into greased baking dish.
  5. Separate each biscuit into 2 pieces.
  6. Place biscuits near outer edge, overlapping slightly.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese in center.
  8. Sprinkle oregano on top.
  9. Brush biscuits with margarine.
  10. Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes.
