Greek Salad

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine yogurt with lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano and ground cumin.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add dressing to salad and toss.
  6. Adjust seasoning.
  7. Eat salad as is or piled in warm pita breads.
  8. Yield:
  9. 4 servings.

tomatoes, red onion, european cucumber, flat leaf parsley, black olives, feta cheese, pepperoncini hot peppers, salt, yogurt, oregano, ground cumin, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, pita breads
