Cherie'S Burritos
- 1 lb. ground round
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 small can pinto beans
- 1 large can refried beans
- 1 block Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 block Monterey Jack, grated
- 1 jar taco sauce
- 1 medium jar picante sauce
- Brown ground round and onion.
- Mix in taco seasoning.
- Stir in picante sauce.
- Stir in pinto beans.
- Add refried beans and stir well.
- Cook until thickened and cool slightly.
- Place approximately 1/2 to 2/3 cup of mixture on each burrito wrapper. Sprinkle with some grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack.
- Roll and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Cover with taco sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for approximately 15 minutes.
- Makes 10 to 12 large burritos.
