Spaghetti Meat Dish
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives, diced
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
- Saute onions, pepper and garlic.
- Add beef and cook 30 minutes or until done.
- Add tomatoes, olives, salt and cheese.
- Cook covered over slow heat 30 minutes.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and soup.
- Mix well with cooked spaghetti.
- Put in covered dish and leave in refrigerator overnight or until ready to cook.
- You may wish to place in 2 smaller casseroles and freeze one.
