Mexican Stew

  1. Brown onion with ground beef.
  2. Add tomato sauce and paste.
  3. Add 3 paste cans water.
  4. Add spices and chopped garlic; simmer 40 minutes.
  5. Stir in instant rice; let sit 5 minutes without heat. Spoon over corn chips; top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocados and cheese.
  6. Add taco sauce as desired.
