Hot Florentine Dip(Microwave)

  1. Microwave cream cheese in 2-quart casserole at High for 30 seconds.
  2. Add seasonings and milk to cheese and cream together. Place package of spinach on plate; microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, or until defrosted, rotating 1/2 turn after 3 minutes. Drain spinach thoroughly.
  3. Stir ham and spinach into cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in sour cream and pecans.
  5. Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes, or until very hot, stirring gently after 2 minutes, then every minute.
  6. Place casserole on candle warmer or warming tray and serve with crackers.
  7. Makes 3 cups.
