Almond Joy Cake
- 1 box chocolate flavored pudding mix
- 1 can Pet milk
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Angel Flake coconut
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- chopped nuts
- 1 (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 (3.9 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- sifted powdered sugar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. finely grated raw carrots
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. coconut
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
- Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
- Stir in carrots, nuts and coconut.
- Mix well.
- Pour into three 8-inch round layer cake pans that have been greased and floured.
- Bake in a 300u0b0 oven for 45 minutes.
