Jambalaya(A Fabulous One Pot Meal.)

  1. Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in a little oil until tender.
  2. Add chicken stock, ham and sausage; cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, just to mix.
  3. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.
  4. Cover tightly with tinfoil.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 minutes, or until rice is done and liquid absorbed.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
