Chicken And Stuffing Casserole
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. stuffing
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chives, minced
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. Cheddar, shredded
- Mix together stuffing, butter (melted) and 1 1/4 cups broth.
- In another bowl, mix together chicken, remaining 3/4 cup broth, onion, chives, celery and mayo.
- Layer 1/2 stuffing in 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Top with chicken mix then cover with remaining stuffing.
- Whisk together eggs, milk and soup.
- Pour evenly over all.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350u0b0; remove from oven.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes, until melted.
- A great family supper.
