Stuffed Flounder

  1. In skillet, cook onions in butter until tender.
  2. Stir drained mushrooms into skillet with crab, crumbs, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture over fillets.
  4. Roll fillet; place, seam side down, in 13 x 9 x 2- inch baking dish.
