Hot Creamy Crab Dip

  1. In a saucepan, over low heat, heat the olive oil.
  2. Using a fork or a wire whisk, stir in the flour and cook until it bubbles, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the evaporated skim milk and stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Add the fat-free cream cheese, lemon juice, wine, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, dill, mustard and pepper, stirring until the cheese melts.
  5. Taste for seasoning, adding a little lemon juice, if desired.
  6. Add the pimentos and crab meat.
  7. Pour mixture into a microwave-safe or ovenproof serving dish.
  8. Microwave on High for 2 minutes or put into a 350u0b0 oven for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with cubes of sourdough bread or vegetable sticks.
