Chex Ooey-Chooey Marshmallowey
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 c. miniature candy coated semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 c. Rice Chex cereal, crushed to make 2 c.
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, margarine, egg and vanilla extract until well blended; stir in cereal.
- With a rubber spatula, spread mixture on ungreased pizza pan.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
- Bake 7 to 10 minutes longer, until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack.
- Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before cutting into 16 wedges.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
