Aku Steaks Moroccan Style

  1. Combine all spices in a small bowl and blend well.
  2. Rub each side of tuna with spice mixture and sprinkle evenly with lemon and oil.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 1 hour.
  4. Broil on a rack for 4 minutes, 4-inches from flame.
  5. Turn and continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes for medium done.
  6. The steaks should be well browned.
  7. Place on plates.
  8. Brush with melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle with coriander.
  10. Serves 4 people.
