Pasta Supreme
- 3 c. San Giorgio Trio Italiano noodles
- 1 large onion
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans sliced tomatoes
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 lb. sausage
- salt to taste
- Cook noodles in salt water.
- Saute onion, mushrooms and green pepper until tender, but not brown.
- Use Pam.
- Combine 2 cans of tomatoes with sauteed onion, mushrooms and green pepper.
- Add spaghetti sauce, basil, salt and parsley flakes.
- Add cooked, drained sausage.
- Mix all these ingredients into noodles.
- Put in a greased 9 x 14-inch casserole dish.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until cheese is melted.
