Blueberry Tart
- 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 pkg. Dream Whip dessert topping mix (2 1/4 oz.)
- 1 qt. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- sliced apples
- 1 c. white sugar (calls for 1, but I use less)
- little cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- Mix together.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture over top of pie filling. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or with Cool Whip.
