Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine 3 cups of the flour, cake mix, yeast, salt and warm water.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
  4. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.
  5. Knead until smooth, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  6. Roll dough into a 9 x 18-inch rectangle.
  7. Spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Roll dough jelly-roll style, starting with the long end.
  9. Slice the roll into 1-inch circles. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  10. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 15 to 30 minutes.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
  12. Brush with butter. Yields 18 to 29 rolls.
