Hungarian Goulash(Italian Style)

  1. Heat olive
  2. oil
  3. in
  4. a large skillet.
  5. Grate garlic and chop celery
  6. and
  7. onions.
  8. Add this to heated olive oil.
  9. Cook until brown, then blend tomatoes in blender and put in a large pot.
  10. Add garlic,
  11. onions
  12. and celery.
  13. Quarter mushrooms and add to sauce,
  14. also
  15. add tomato paste.
  16. Cook ground chuck and pork. Drain
  17. fattnd
  18. add
  19. to
  20. sauce.
  21. Add
  22. red wine, sugar, oregano and sweet
  23. basil.
  24. Bring
  25. to a boil, then simmer for 3 to 4 hours,
  26. stirring occasionally.
  27. When finished, pour over spaghetti or elbow macaroni.
