Parmesan Bread Fingers

  1. Combine biscuit
  2. mix,
  3. yeast and salt in bowl.
  4. Stir in water until mixture clings to itself.
  5. Turn dough onto floured surface. Knead 8 to
  6. 10
  7. times.
  8. Roll
  9. out
  10. into
  11. a
  12. 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangle.
  13. Brush half
  14. of
  15. butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  16. Place
  17. dough in pan, pressing to fit.
  18. Cut crosswise into 16
  19. strips,
  20. then
  21. lengthwise
  22. in half.
  23. Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with cheese.
  24. Cover; let rise 15 minutes. Bake at
  25. 425u0b0
  26. for 15 minutes.
  27. Turn off oven; allow sticks to remain in oven 15 minutes.
  28. Makes 32 bread fingers.
