Pumpernickel Caraway Bread

  1. Place all ingredients in machine bread pan according to manufacturer's instructions. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and size loaf if available. Bake according to machine directions. Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1-2 Tbsp. water or flour if needed. Yields a 1 lb. loaf.
