Marinated Salad

  1. Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower florets with mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, water chestnuts and onion.
  3. Prepare dressing mix according to package directions using wine vinegar, water and oil. Pour dressing over vegetables.
  4. Cover and marinate at least 8 hours.
  5. Toss well before serving.
  6. Serves 16.
