Golden Door Cheesecake

  1. With blender or food processor, puree Ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, sugar, eggs or substitute, yogurt, vanilla and lemon peel until smooth and thick.
  2. Blend in flour and cornstarch well.
  3. Pour into an 8-inch spring-form pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Bake about 35 minutes in a preheated 350u0b0 oven or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Chill until cold; decorate with choice of fruit.
  6. Yield:
