Easy Beef Stroganoff

  1. Prepare noodles as label directs, drain and stir in butter or margarine.
  2. Keep warm.
  3. Meanwhile, cut round steak lengthwise in half, then slice in 1/8 inch slices.
  4. In small bowl, stir flour, dry mustard, pepper and mushrooms with their liquid; stir until well blended.
  5. In large skillet, over medium high heat, cook steak in broth about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
  6. Stir in mushroom mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in sour cream; heat through but do not boil. To serve, arrange meat mixture and noodles on warm platter; sprinkle parsley over meat.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
