Dinner Tonight: Ginger And Cilantro Baked Tilapia Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 475u0b0F. Add the jalapeno, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, white wine, sesame oil, and cilantro to a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish just big enough to hold them. Pour the sauce on top.
  3. Place in the oven and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked.
  4. Serve with a garnish of scallion and cilantro.
