Dinner Tonight: Ginger And Cilantro Baked Tilapia Recipe
- 2 large tilapia fillets
- 1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 scallion, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 475u0b0F. Add the jalapeno, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, white wine, sesame oil, and cilantro to a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish just big enough to hold them. Pour the sauce on top.
- Place in the oven and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked.
- Serve with a garnish of scallion and cilantro.
