Chocolate Chip-Banana Muffins
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
- Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in bananas.
- Combine flour and next 3 ingredients.
- Add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk.
- Beat until blended.
- Stir in mini morsels.
- Spray Pam on the bottom of each cup of a muffin tin.
- Pour in batter until 2/3 full.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Makes about 18 muffins.
