Fruit Cake Cookies

• 1/2 lb. cherries, cut up
• 1/2 lb. green pineapple, cut up
• 8 oz. dates, cut up
• 1 box white raisins
• 1 c. English walnuts
• 4 c. pecans
• 2 1/2 c. plain flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
• 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
• 1 c. butter
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 eggs

1. Combine fruit.tut
2. nuts.
3. Sift
4. salt, flour, soda and cinnamon together.tream
5. butter.tdd sugar until mixture is smooth.
6. Beat in
7. eggs
8. one at a time.
9. Stir in flour mixture. Mix in fruit
10. and
11. nuts thoroughly.
12. Bake at 300u0b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
13. (Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.)
