Jo'S Arlington Brunch(Chill Overnight)
- 14 slices sandwich bread (crusts removed)
- 1 lb. shaved ham
- 3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- In greased 10 x 14-inch glass dish, layer 1/2 of bread, ham and cheese.
- Repeat.
- Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and nutmeg.
- Pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir crushed cornflakes together with margarine and sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 325u0b0.
- Serves 8 to 10 people.
