Pasta Salad(Italian Style)
- 1 lb. pasta (your choice)
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 16 oz. Zesty Italian dressing
- 1 small can black olives
- 1 jar green olives
- 1 block sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 block sharp Italian cheese
- 1 stick pepperoni or hard salami
- about 2 carrots
- about 2 stalks celery
- 1 small bunch spring onions
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 jar red salad peppers (marinated)
- Cook pasta (don't overcook).
- Drain and put in large bowl. Add tomato sauce and Italian dressing.
- Cut the rest of the ingredients into bite size pieces; add everything together and toss.
- Chill at least 1 hour; toss again before serving.
- (The longer it chills, the better!!!)
