Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in wok or skillet over moderately high heat.
  3. Add half the pork.
  4. Cook 3 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Cook through, remove from wok, repeat with remaining pork.
  6. Reduce heat to moderately low.
  7. Mix pineapple juice and cornstarch and set aside.
