Vegetable Soup(Approximately 3 Quarts)

  1. Brown meat.
  2. Put oil in skillet and brown stew meat, then drain.
  3. Add beef broth, tomatoes, beef bouillon cubes, meat, onion, cabbage, bay leaves, carrots, celery and water, everything but mixed vegetables, potatoes and macaroni.
  4. Gently boil until carrots begin to get tender, then add potatoes.
  5. Cook until potatoes are done.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
