Quick Crescent Caramel-Pecan Rolls
- 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Melt butter.
- Stir in brown
- sugar, water and pecans.
- Put on bottom of the pan.
- Separate each can crescent dough into 4 rectangles; seal perforations.
- Spread with the 3 tablespoons of softened butter.
- Combine cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over dough. Starting at shorter side, roll up each rectangle.
- Cut each roll into 4 slices, forming 32 pieces.
- Place, cut side down, in prepared pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Invert immediately to remove from pan.
- Serve warm.
- Makes 32 small rolls.
- Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
