Greek Salad With Broiled Shrimp(Low-Carb)

  1. Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact.
  2. Remove veins.
  3. Place shrimp in a small bowl and toss with 2 Tbsp. olive oil, garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto a metal skewer and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
  6. Broil about 2 to 3 minutes, until tops are browned and then flip to brown other side.
  7. Set shrimp aside.
