Tiramisu
- 1 1/2 c. cold milk
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. Kahlua
- 1 pkg. Jell-O sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
- 2 c. Cool Whip Lite, thawed
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers
- 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
- Pour 1/2 cup milk into blender; add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
- Add 1 cup of milk.
- Dissolve coffee in hot water and add to blender with Kahlua.
- Blend until smooth.
- Next, gently stir in Cool Whip.
- Cover bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan with ladyfingers, split in half.
- Cover ladyfingers with half of mixture.
- Make a second layer of ladyfingers and top with remaining mixture.
- Top with ladyfingers and grated chocolate for decorating.
- Chill until firm (several hours or overnight).
