Tiramisu

  1. Pour 1/2 cup milk into blender; add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  2. Add 1 cup of milk.
  3. Dissolve coffee in hot water and add to blender with Kahlua.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Next, gently stir in Cool Whip.
  6. Cover bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan with ladyfingers, split in half.
  7. Cover ladyfingers with half of mixture.
  8. Make a second layer of ladyfingers and top with remaining mixture.
  9. Top with ladyfingers and grated chocolate for decorating.
  10. Chill until firm (several hours or overnight).
