Sweet Chicken Curry With Yogurt(Bangladesh)

  1. In heavy pan, fry 2 tablespoons oil, onions and garlic until soft and lightly brown.
  2. Add ginger, cloves, cardamon, cinnamon, coriander, cumin and red pepper.
  3. Fry 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add chicken, skinned and cut into pieces.
  5. Brown on all sides.
  6. Mix and add yogurt, coconut, raisins and water.
  7. Cover with tight-fitting lid and simmer 35 to 45 minutes until chicken is tender.
  8. Serve with rice.
  9. Serves 4 to 5.
