Mushroom Casserole

  1. Saute the first 4 ingredients in 2 tablespoons of oleo. Mix together
  2. mayonnaise,
  3. salt,
  4. pepper, egg, milk and soup. Combine this
  5. mixture
  6. with mushroom mixture.
  7. Combine bread, shredded cheese and melted oleo in a separate bowl.
  8. In bottom of a
  9. 1 quart
  10. casserole, spread layer of onions and layer of mushrooms. Repeat
  11. until
  12. mushrooms left on top.
  13. Cook for 40 minutes, uncovered, at 400u0b0.
  14. Serves 4.
