Lasagna

  1. Brown meat in butter.
  2. Add onion and garlic.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, water, salt and tomatoes.
  4. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
  5. Cook noodles; rinse and drain.
  6. Butter a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  7. Line dish with layer of noodles, sauce and cheese, ending with sauce and cheese.
  8. Bake in a 375u0b0 oven for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
  9. (Serves 8 to 10.)
