Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
- 3 cans boned chicken
- 1 pkg. broken spaghetti
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 4 to 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- garlic to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
- Add chopped onion, green pepper and celery to bacon drippings along with garlic and cook until tender.
- Add soups, mushrooms, diced chicken and seasonings and simmer until hot. Crumble bacon into this and stir well.
- Cook spaghetti and drain well.
- In casserole pan layer spaghetti, then sauce mix.
- Cover with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook at 350u0b0 until hot and bubbly.
- Serves 12.
